.It has been a fantastic year for SOULflowers! Spring blessed us with great brides, grooms and families! One of our beautiful weddings was just featured (http://smitten-mag.com/a-sewanee-soiree-clay-and-patrick/) on the new fabulous Smitten Magazine blog! (http://smitten-mag.com/) After a short break during the summer and a trip to my beloved West coast, we were ready for Fall wedding season!! Again, wonderful brides and families! October was insane. A wedding every weekend if not two! I do believe October is becoming the new June! December found us getting crafty! Much thanks to a Pinterest addiction, this is one habit that has nothing but good to come of it. SOULflowers hosted a wreath making workshop. An event that had such a great response, we split it into two evenings to accommodate as many crafty ladies as we could! So, I am excited to announce that we will host a "craft night"once a month and offer private parties as well! Hooray for gettin' crafty! This division of SOULflowers will be titled "art & SOUL" Here is how it will work... The monthly scheduled class will be announced via Facebook, through this blog and email for those who have given me their preferred email addresses. Prices for the class will vary according to the craft. Also the number of attendants may vary depending on size of the project. If response is high and we need a second night, doable! As for the private parties. I am in the process of putting together a "menu" of craft projects. The idea being that you put together a group of your friends, choose a project from the list that you'd like to make and voila a great girls night out! We will schedule an evening, you bring the wine, I provide all crafts and bottled water! As for snacks, we can discuss that at the time of inquiry! So here is to 2012!!! Cheers to my new brides, loving you all already! Cheers to getting crafty and making all of those things you want to make but never do! LOL!!! |
